The Sæplast Transport Silo TS100-01 is a robust transport silo developed for the safe storage and handling of liquids and highly viscous materials in demanding industrial environments. Designed for food, pharmaceutical and industrial applications, it combines hygienic construction with reliable transport performance.
Manufactured from high-quality LLDPE using rotational moulding technology, the silo features a seamless one-piece construction without welds or joints. This design minimizes contamination risk, supports hygiene requirements and makes cleaning straightforward in daily operations.
With a capacity of 1000 litres and a maximum load of 1200 kg, the TS100-01 transport silo is built for efficient bulk handling while maintaining a compact footprint. The integrated 45° outlet cone supports optimal emptying and smooth material flow, helping reduce residue buildup during discharge.
The silo is equipped with a 2” stainless steel butterfly valve for controlled dispensing and secure handling of liquids and viscous products. Additional features such as the lockable screw lid and labyrinth-type ventilation system support operational safety and product protection during transport and storage.
The durable LLDPE tank is securely mounted within a galvanized steel frame, providing structural stability and protection during handling with forklifts and pallet trucks.
