Through Shannon’s experience working in Supply Chain Management, she has learned how to hold a high level of analytical skills coupled with an ability to build effective working relationships. Her background in Leadership studies gives her the required skills to ensure that team morale remains high while keeping team members motivated and productive.
She can speak both French and English which has proven to be a great asset in working for a global company like Saeplast. And, throughout her five years of working at Saeplast she has gained experience in inventory management, material requirements planning, demand, and supply planning, project management, cost accounting skills, business ethics, problem-solving, and much more.
She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of New Brunswick where I received a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership with a minor in international development studies. She has achieved my CPIM designation (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) through the Association for Supply Chain Management and will be returning to UNB in the fall as a part time student to obtain her Master of Business Administration.
