IPPE 2027
The global protein industry meets in Atlanta
Producing meat, poultry, eggs and animal food at an industrial scale requires tight control over every stage of the process. Ingredients, raw materials, edible products and by-products must move safely between receiving, preparation, processing, storage and dispatch. The equipment used for this internal movement plays an important role in hygiene, food safety, employee efficiency and product protection.
These connected production challenges are at the heart of the International Production & Processing Expo. IPPE 2027 will take place from 26 to 28 January at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, bringing together more than 32,000 professionals from the poultry, egg, meat and animal food industries. With over 1,225 exhibitors already confirmed, the exhibition provides an extensive overview of the equipment, technology and services supporting the complete protein-production chain.
IPPE combines the International Poultry Expo, International Feed Expo and International Meat Expo in one event. This creates a valuable meeting place for processors, plant managers, engineers, food-safety specialists and purchasing teams looking for practical ways to improve production performance.
Sæplast solutions for meat and poultry processing
Sæplast will present reusable material-handling solutions developed for demanding meat and poultry processing environments. The products are designed for facilities where equipment must withstand heavy loads, repeated impacts, temperature changes and frequent industrial cleaning.
Sæplast tubs and containers can be used for handling ingredients, meat, poultry products and by-products throughout production. Robust polyethylene construction provides durability without the corrosion concerns associated with metal alternatives. Smooth surfaces and rounded internal corners also support effective cleaning in hygiene-sensitive areas.
Containers, buggies and pallets built for daily use
For mobile handling inside the plant, Sæplast food-processing buggies support the movement of products and materials between workstations. Their smooth surfaces, quiet operation and practical handling characteristics make them suitable for production environments where equipment is used continuously throughout the working day.
Sæplast plastic pallets provide an additional hygienic solution for organised storage and reliable movement within processing and warehouse areas. Unlike wooden alternatives, plastic pallets do not absorb moisture or introduce splinters and loose nails into controlled production environments.
IPPE also gives visitors an opportunity to evaluate how container design can support easier cleaning, product separation and safer workflows. Colour-coded equipment can help distinguish materials, departments or production zones, while suitable lids, capacities and handling features can be selected around the requirements of each facility.
Meet the Sæplast team at IPPE 2027
The Sæplast team will be available in Atlanta to discuss current material-handling challenges and help processors identify equipment suited to their products, production volumes and cleaning procedures.
