Our tools can tackle small cracks and larger gaps.
Small Cracks
If the tub has been badly ruptured, use a grinder and scraper to thoroughly cleanse the gap before welding.
It is sufficient to use a small welding gun to fill smaller cracks with PE thread. The thread should reach approx. 200–230°C.
Large Gaps
If the tub has been damaged by larger machinery (such as a forklift fork), ruptures can be repaired using a grinder and scraper to throughly cleanse the gap before welding.
A powerful extrusion welding gun is used to fill the hole with PE thread. The thread should reach approx. 200–230°C. Once the hole is filled, smooth the applied material with a grinder.
