Paramesh is involved in all things Engineering at Saeplast, from process engineering to design implementations, he does it all.

He oversees Risk Assessments with all applicable Hazards, New Products, New Equipment, New Processes, or Trials. Paramesh actively participates on hazard review meetings, and is responsible to mitigate the hazards.

He is responsible for developing and qualifying for production the new molds and jigs for products. Along with working on improving the quality of the products, processes, and reducing the scrap.

He finds joy in making life easier for manufacturing personnel – whether it’s solving quality challenges, eliminating hazards, or shaving seconds off a production cycle time.
